Frequently asked questions
Delete my account
From the app: Settings → Household → Delete household. All your data will be deleted within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
Manage my Premium subscription
- iOS: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → EqualHome.
- Android: Google Play → profile picture → Subscriptions → EqualHome.
The subscription renews automatically. To cancel, do so at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
My partner didn't receive the invitation
Check that the email address entered is correct. If the message doesn't appear in the inbox, ask your partner to check their spam folder. You can resend an invitation from Settings → Household → Invite.
Export my data
You can request an export of your data by writing to lawalalaoad@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days (GDPR right).
The app won't load
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen the application.
- Check whether an update is available on the App Store or Google Play.
- If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and OS version.
